Rural E-Customers’ Preferences for Last Mile Delivery: Evidence from Poland

Residents of rural areas buy products in the e-commerce market that are delivered to their homes (home deliveries) or collection points (out-of-home deliveries). This poses last mile delivery challenges, which increasing interest researchers. While urban research is widespread, a smaller number studies noticeable. The study aims assess factors differentiating inhabitants as familiarity and use various methods purchased via Internet reasons for choosing preferred methods. paper uses simplified SLR method literature section multivariate data analysis empirical section. It contributes existing form e-customers’ preferences particular parcel when out-of-home conducted. indirectly focuses on environmental attitudes may lead sustainable transition through reducing CO2 emissions while performed. Regardless price convenience over behavior Polish e-customers, deliveries focused more eco-friendly delivery. Such good beginning towards energy saving areas.
